24-Hour Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase under specific conditions. Refunds are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 24 hours of your initial purchase
- Applies to first-time subscribers only
- One refund per customer
- Account must not have violated our Terms of Service
- Service must not have been extensively used or abused
- Technical issues preventing service use (we'll try to resolve first)
Note: Refunds are granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria or show signs of abuse.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@clawndom.com with:
- Your account email address
- Order/transaction ID (if available)
- Brief reason for refund (optional but helpful)
We typically process refund requests within 2-3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Conditions
Refunds may be granted for:
- Technical issues that prevent the service from working
- Service not as described on the website
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Inability to install or configure the software
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Change of mind after 24 hours
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- User error or misconfiguration (we offer support first)
- Incompatibility with custom OpenClaw setups (not disclosed)
- Violation of Terms of Service
What Happens After Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- Access to monitoring and protection features will be removed
- Security configurations applied to your OpenClaw instance will remain in place
- You can keep any documentation or guides provided
Subscription Cancellations
For cancellations after the 24-hour period:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds for partial months or years
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No automatic renewal after cancellation
Exceptions
Refunds will be denied if:
- Request is made after 24 hours
- Account has been previously refunded
- Terms of Service have been violated
- Service has been abused or misused
- Chargeback has been initiated (contact us first)
- Evidence of fraudulent activity
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended and you may be banned from future use of Clawndom. Please contact us directly to resolve any billing issues.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and refund transactions. For payment-specific questions, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy support.
