1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clawndom ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clawndom provides security hardening and monitoring services for OpenClaw instances. The Service includes:

  • Security vulnerability scanning
  • Automated configuration hardening
  • Continuous monitoring and protection
  • Rate limiting and DDoS protection
  • Prompt injection detection
  • Backdoor detection and removal

3. Subscription and Payment

Clawndom offers two subscription plans:

  • Monthly: $29/month
  • Annual: $247/year

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months or years
  • Security configurations applied to your OpenClaw instance will remain in place

We offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase under specific conditions. Refunds are granted at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Share your license key with others
  • Use the Service to harm or attack other systems

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we strive to improve your OpenClaw security, we cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats. You are responsible for maintaining backups and implementing additional security measures as needed.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWNDOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
